‘What does an LGBTQ+ inclusive school look like?’ Range of bespoke webinars for leadership teams and governors focusing on key strategic responsibilities, including: • How the Public Sector Equality Duty applies to schools • Evaluation and review of current policy, systems and practice • Planning for a whole school DEIB Strategy • Consideration of inclusive approaches to recruitment and retention • Developing a diverse and inclusive curriculum • Supporting gender diverse pupils and staff • How to embed and sustain an inclusive school culture • Bringing stakeholders with you Mentoring support for your organisation's leader responsible for LGBTQ+ inclusion: 1 session, 3 sessions or 6 sessions according to need. Mentoring includes practical support and strategies to help: • draw up an action plan for DEIB • align and agree whole school values • develop inclusive policies and systems • embed inclusive language • create inclusive environments • build a diverse curriculum and learning resources • foster belonging for all pupils and staff • communicate your values with stakeholders • develop pupil voice Get in touch to discuss options.
