About GAEd
GAEd is a consultancy offering specialist services to schools, colleges and early years settings.
We work with school leaders and teams to achieve high quality policy and practice in the fields of school culture and values, distributed leadership and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging).
Established by Gerlinde Achenbach FCCT, GAEd offers services in two main areas:

Executive Coaching
GAEd Consultancy offers Executive Coaching for Headteachers, senior leaders and aspiring leaders working in schools, academies, federations, trusts and early years settings in both the maintained and independent sectors.
Gerlinde Achenbach is an OLEVI Professional Coach.
LGBTQ+ Inclusion
GAEd works with leadership teams, governors and staff teams looking to change whole school culture and practice in DEIB, in particular LGBTQ+ inclusion. Our offer includes:
